Help Samsung Galaxy Note 2 Management Software

Just got a Samsung Galaxy Note 2 and I am looking for a management software for my PC that will sync with the note. I know about Kies, but everyone I know tells me to stay away from it. Reviews rated it horribly.

I tried the allshare software and that was a BIG FAIL! So I am not hopeful that samsung can make any good software.

I would like a software that will sync contacts, calendars, etc. Not interested to sync movies or music although it would be nice. The idea of wireless sync is also nice, but I find myself spending more time trying to make it work than actually enjoying it.

Any tips, ideas, any good rated software?

moved you to the note 2 forum. folks here can help you better. unfortunately i do not have your phone so i can't be of much help.
 
Take a look at MyPhoneExplorer. It will do all you want it to and can sync over WiFi too.

You'll need an app via play and you'll need to download one via your PC too.

Do I need to download an app for my pc on top of the software?
