Help Samsung galaxy note 2 T-889 Update fail

I have a Samsung galaxy note 2 (4.1.1 T-Mobile). I'm trying to update my phone (OTA) but after about 30% into updating it fails and restarts.
So... I have tried updating it through Samsung Kies it tells me this "Your device's current firmware version is not supported".
