Lurker
My phone worked normally till three days before. the problem started when i was far way from home and didn't have the charger, battery was dying and i let the phone turn off itself when battery got 0%. when i went back home i put phone in charge, turned on and let it charging for all the night. i wake up in the morning and saw phone was off turned it on again, after a couple of hours phone turned off again and again itself. i find out that when i leave an opened software in phone it won't turn off so i made this for two days but it was annoying so i made a reset factory after this phone started more often to turn off itself. changed the time of screen time out from 30 sec to 5 min so it won't turn off again. please help me because i like a lot this phone and am out of plan. if someone know the solution please help me.

First thing to do is to make sure battery contacts are pristine and firm on both phone and battery. Also, consider trying another battery.

@iSergiwa thanks for the answer i checked it,their contact was really pristine and firm, by that i forgot to mention. when i try to charge phone there is no red light turned on mean this when phone is off. maybe you are right the problem come from the battery i have to try it with a new battery.
