Help {Samsung galaxy note N7000 } Please help me with part replacement

I accidentally dropped my phone while Im driving ! and it made a some tiny scratches around 4 corner and the middle center right of the phone.

Here some pics :

I dont know how and where to replacement this , I'm affraid it will stick with the LCD Screen , if true I'm dead, lol - 200$ for new screen !

Unfortunately this happened to me too. During the first week of the phone, I was listening to music and someone's backpack strap hooked onto my headphones cable. My phone was pulled out of my hands and dropped onto the floor. I have almost identical scratches on my phone and I would like to know the cost of replacement too.
