Samsung Galaxy S2 Desktop and Car accessories

Video is in Danish but in short hes saying that:
In the back it has audio out and charger plug, left side is volumen rocker.
The phone switches to dock mode where the clock is visible as long as it is plugged in to charger. In the bottom there are shortcuts that the user can customize themselves.

Desktop and Car Accesories

There is also a Carholder where the holder is replacable so it can be used with other Samsung smartphones.
When plugged in, the phone switches to carmode.

The small cable will be available later this year and is for use with HDMI cable.

Should of put this in the thread that has all the other SGSII videos in it. Pretty cool though.

Yeah according to the "reviewer" they are official. :)

for the life of me, I cannot find these accessories in Canada at all. It seems that the desktop doc is specific to the carrier (i.e. there are ATT and T-Mobile versions for some reason). Any suggestions?

I knew about these accessories but could never find in the USA.. Mostly stocked in the UK. What I dislike is that none of this works if you use any type of a case.

You can buy the official desk top dock at any Bell store. That's where i bought mine. It's nice but i don't know if it's worth $50+tax.It's has a blue LED and i changed the colour of my LED alarm clock app and it looks awesome landscaped. It's sharp looking and well built. The only thing is you have to be very carefull because any small popping noises are amplified because it amplifies the SGS2's signal and outputs it to your speakers or headphones! And i had some loud pops from my $500 PSB bookshelfs speakers. And i was fu*6ing scarred and ready to sue!!:mad:I don't know if it's a defective unit or the SGS2 back ground noises from system tasks, but i'm not taking any more chances.
Oh and forget about trying to find the micro USB >HDMI adapter! NO ONE sells the damn thing here in Toronto,Ontario. And i don't know why!I had to order it online. And for $12 including shipping. The $50 Samsung dock should of had it included! Apparently the new SGS2 LTE version here in Canada has the HDMI adapter included.I called Samsung and ripped into them for this lack of convenience for accessories for such an expensive phone.I made a formal complaint and will do it again.
