Help Samsung Galaxy S2 firmware upgrade

I upgraded the firmware for my Galaxy S2 last night all seemed ok, but I seem to have lost my Task application icon which had a number of items in it. I noticed that one or two items had changed names such as Calendar is now Planner. What can I do to get my Task icon back please?
