Help samsung galaxy s2 hanging problem while playing music

Hi all,

I have purchased samsung galaxy s2 last week but i m experiencing hanging problem while playing the music. By the time i can not even switch off my cell. So i am removing the battery. Guys can any one help me to fix this problem.?

Which app are you using? The stock?

Try going to Settings / Manage Applications / and under the All tab, search for the music App, and clear its cache and data. Then check if that clears it up. If not try other music players.

Last resort, try a factory reset.

Hi All,

I was facing a similar issue with my S2 Galaxy - GT-I9100G and hand it over to the retailer from where I bought this phone. They have reloaded the OS and then the issue got resolved. Around a month back, I even upgraded to Android 4.0.4 Firmware and now its working fine.
