I dunno. That press conference was pretty underwhelming. After all the hype, I was expecting something stellar. Hardware wise, it's full of meh. Software wise, it's looking very pretty. I love that PiP-style feature.
Well, the London Symphony Orchestra had to be a pretty penny to have there and pretty cool for them to have a live orchestra.
At the same time, I agree about it being a little underwhelming. Then again, I kinda feel that way about all of these press conferences.
I like the hardware of the SGS3 better than the SGS2. The software was definitely cool, but until I see it work in "real life" situations (e.g. S Voice in crowded restaurants with noise all around or in the car. Facial recognition in extremely low lit areas. etc...), I am still as skeptical as I would be for any "new" software that's been developed.
It all was definitely enough for me to consider waiting until after the SGS 3 and MoPhoQ are announced before I decide between the 3. And the SGS 3, assuming Sprint doesn't make crazy changes and offers the same different options, has become a bigger contender for my next upgrade than I initially thought.
