I can't open a picture on any website, keep getting a message saying I can't open a new window without closing another window ??? What is this ? I only have one open as far as I know.

Have you went into the browser settings and windows/tabs just to make sure only one is open?

Also boat/chrome are 2 very nice alternatives to using the stock browser as well

You have too many tabs open and it can't open another one for you. Tap on the little squares in the top right corner and it will show you all the tabs. Tap on the x in the corner to close the ones you don't want.
