Samsung galaxy s4 or nexus 5

I vote for the phone that doesn't exist. It's always better to buy "futures."

You can't do that with technology.

For example, Galaxy S4 or Nexus 5. You wait a couple months until the Nexus 5 is announced/released towards the latter half of the year.
You see rumours of the new HTC or Samsung flagship. You wait until they're released next year. Then when they're released, you see another phone later that year that is expected to release and you wait again. The cycle continues until you realize you wasted so much time trying to get the best device while you could've gotten a great device a year ago and be able to upgrade next year.

My argument above may be invalid :)rolleyes:), but if you can get the S4 and you like it, then get it. If you don't like it, then that's when you should consider waiting for the next Nexus.

Well put. In this world of technology, if you wait for the next big thing, you'll be waiting indefinitely.
