Help Samsung Galaxy stops responding during syncing or file transfer

Hey Guys

Has anyone ran into the problem where if they are copying a large amount of pics and music to thier phone, that a message comes up on the pc saying the device transfer has been interrupted?

And when this happens, I have to plug my phone in and out half a dozen times before it comes back to where I can transfer again?

Yes, that happened every time for me too (on Win7-64) until recently when I updated the phone to 2.3.5. After the update I can now copy music to my phone!

If you can't get it to work you can use MyPhoneExplorer (freeware), it just works.

How do I update to 2.3.5? When I try to search for the update it says my phone is already updated? but its running 2.3.4

Well I think the most appropriate question I should ask is

2.3.5? Is that an official update for this phone in Australia, because mine is at 2.3.3
