Help Samsung galaxy tab 10.1v as android phone

how do i get my samsung galaxy tab 10.1v to showup as an android phone in the windows device manager?
im using windows 7 64bit.
 
It should work exactly the same, i.e. connect USB cable to the phone or tablet > select 'USB mass storage' on the device > phone or tablet appears as a removable drive.

If you're expecting Windows to see phone type features like tethering or data modem, it probably wont, because the Galaxy Tab 10.1 is not a phone.
