Hello,

I've just received a Samsung Galaxy tab GT P1000 and I've not decided what data plan I'll be using yet. So here's my problem:

I've started the device without any SIM card, just to have a a quick look. During the configuration phase, I've selected the WI-FI only mode. Up to here everything is fine. Next step I've activated the the Wi-Fi and get connected to my Netgear Router. As you may have guessed the first thing I wanted to try was to download some free games on the Android market.
But I'm stuck on this stage:

Your phone is communicating with Google servers and setting up your
account. This may take up to five minutes."

"Can't establish a reliable data connection to the server.
This could be a temporary problem or your SIM card may not be provisioned
for data services. If it continues, call Customer Care."

Had a try with the browser and YouTube app , but it vain.
The device is connected to the WiFi router but I'm unable to access the web.

I've tried the following procedures ,but in vain:
*Synced date and time of device with my PC (to avoid Google server error..etc)
*Performed an hard reset

Thanks for your time and answers!!
