Help Samsung galaxy tablet Force stop

After downloading and installing apps, shows empty home screen and cannot access other screens (applications).
Every few minutes a message pops up saying : The application Samsung Home processcom.sec.android.app.twlauncher) has stopped unexpectedly (Force Stop).
Same Problem as missmobb and rwison7272

Has anyone found a solution to this problem ?
I am having similar issues.

My screens and apps all appear normal. I have plenty of memory available.
Get this message when trying to get on the market, or into email, or almost any app.

Their are a lot of emails, mostly junk. Could that be the source of issue ?

I think I found the answer.

First I went into Manage applications and "uninstalled updates" in the market app. That got rid of the FC messages.

I took a closer look at my storage, and found out that the data storage is 100% used up.

Turns out the email trash folder contains thousands of deleted emails. When that is cleaned out, then I should be in good shape.

Hi...i m having the same issue as DoRiTa...i wish i could clean all the junk data but yet i cant even proceed to any applications.. any good solution to settle it down? i need to use my tab urgently ..so i hope someone out there be able to help me with this issue..
