Samsung Galaxy W or HTC Incredible S

I know the HTC seems better but the Samsung is quite new, the Incredible has been out for like a year now. I don't know which one to buy mainly due to the fact that both of them have no annoucements that they will be updated with Ice Cream Sandwich. I can get the HTC for

well if you're thinking of trading a faster processor for 2 cameras, isn't that kinda a bad tradeoff? a 1.4ghz processor is going to speed up your phone quite a bit, so i would recommend the samsung although I have the HTC

I'm not sure but the Samsung seems more future proof as new Android operating systems require faster processing. The design of the HTC puts me off its like its got an expandable battery on i, how it lumps out
