samsung galaxy y is off while on...

i have samsung galaxy y ... at certain times some people call on my other phone to tell me that my phone is switched off but that is not real ... i checked whether my phone is on flight mode but it isn't... this has become frequent problem... when we call on it then we hear that the phone s switched off or out off coverage though my phone has full network and is switched on... i also tried switching it off and then turning it on but nothing happened ... please help soon

Being off network is a carrier problem. Bring the phone into the carrier's store.

I have the same issue.turn on and off the flight mode is solving my problem and connecting to the network.
