Make sure your WiFi proxy is blank to change it open the following path

Menu > Settings > WiFi and networks > WiFi settings >Use menu button (The one on the left of the home button) >Tick advanced >Tick "Proxy" >Make sure there's nothing written there

Force Static IP!

Menu > Settings > WiFi and networks > WiFi settings >Use menu button (The one on the left of the home button) >Tick advanced > Tick all settings of your network on STATIC IP. It's work for me.
