Problem is that it's already 2 versions into its upgrade cycle, so it's going to go obsolete sooner. Like the Note 10+, I'll miss it when it's gone.

Yeah I think my current phone it is on it's last legs, barely a year old too..

Two years isn't very long! My s21 is starting to lose battery life, but it's 4 years old (I was hoping to limp it on to this time next year, but beginning to have doubts about that).

These days the update cycle for many Samsungs is long enough that it's not going to be the thing that limits the phone's life.

My S21 is still enjoying decent battery life. Most of it's life I've been retired and it has seen far less use than previous phones. I don't see the battery life forcing a new phone anytime soon. Not communicating well with my new hearing aids or the lack of support will prompt a change .
