Help Samsung gallaxy ace problem

Hi All,

I turned off my Galaxy Ace phone last night but when i went to turn it on again it wont go past the Samsung Screen with the blinking Samsung Logo.
At first it has the usual welcome to my Network provider but then it come to the Black Samsung screen with the Samsung logo and wont go past this?

Please help..

Hey, No im a complete Technological disater. Ive never rooted or done anything out of the ordinary with my phone.
For the last few days it was telling me that my internal storage space was very low but when i brought it into the phone shop they couldnt understand as i have hardly any Apps etc on my phone.
then last night this happened..

Ok...must be social apps like facebook which usually takes up a lot of internal space...since you still can't enter your phone, reboot your phone into recovery mode by pressing the power n home button together...then choose the factory reset option (or maybe wipe user data,forgotten) by clicking the volume button...then use home button again to select...your phone will be reset...this time try to move all apps to sd card after installing them where possible...if reset still doesn't work,then I'm sorry to say that it is a hardware problem and you must send it to a service centre...:)
