I have bought this phone Samsung GEM from the ever famous Revol in Ohio and its missing the live wallpaper feature and would like to know how to fix it because i see everywhere i look that its supposed to have it

My guess is that you are missing livewallpaper.apk or perhaps it's frozen.
 
Is there a possible way of finding the livewallpaper.apk file to transfer to the phone via USB from your computer?
 
I don't have any info on the live wallpapers, but honestly with the limitations of the processor and the amount of available memory being very low on the device to begin with, I would strongly recommend not using live wallpapers on this device. The lag would be horrible.
