Help samsung glaxy s i9000

hi,
I am Syed Kashifur Rahman. I am using SAMSUNG GLAXY S I9000 phone.in my phone some problem facing, gtalk not open. gmail also not open direct from gmail folder. If I go via google then open only gmail. up side one symbol is coming. in my user manual write there in second page instruction icons-WARNING Symbol.
can you tell you me, how I can solve this problem?

r u not able to open the gtalk app from menu at all ? what is happening when you are clicking on gtalk app icon ? also what is happening when you click on gmail app icon ?
