Samsung Hub Error code 2000

Whenever I try and purchase a game in Samsung Hub on the Note 3, I get 'Error - Service not available(2000)'. When I press OK, I get 'Connection failed' and the 'Retry' button.
I've tried clearing the cache and data but no joy.

Any help please ???

Have you made sure you are connected to Wifi or Data?

Otherwise you might want to try getting an update for the Hub from Samsung, or reinstalling the app.
