samsung hub

Hi! I have been using my samsung s4 for 1 month now. Havent done anything yet, and now I clicked the SAMSUNG HUB and then a message pop ups that something is wrong and prompt me to Cancel or Okay. And since I dont know what to do with that app I clicked Okay then it took me to the home screen and then when I decided to look for Samsung Hub again, it wont appear on my apps. I thought it is disabled but it is not. It is not hidden as well. Please help me fix it. Thanks

The Samsung Hub is something they bake into TouchWiz and doesn't look like it can be turned off (at least not without root) I just ignore it.
