Why wouldn't it? It'll get whatever official release that comes out. It just has to be pushed to us through samsung

Lol sorry for the stupid question but i come from Windows Mobile and it wasn't for it.

Yeah as long as Samsung keeps supporting the phone it should be updated. Might be done quicker than a carrier push considering how some carriers (T-Mobile USA) botched the 1.5 release with some people on their G1s. Whatever official release Google puts out we should get.
