Help Samsung Kies Issue or ?

Hi Friends,

I have a strange problem with my PC & samsung kies.

Let me explain first -
I've installed the fresh & latest "kies" software from the samsung official web-site itself.

I'm using samsung galaxy y.

So now each time when i connect my device to PC after launching samsung kies.. - " my PC gets struck" , and i have only one option to just press reboot button.

This happens always whenever i connect.

Can anyone help me to fix this issue?

After launching Kies , and then followed by connecting my device.. immediately PC gets struck.

Why this is happening ?>

I would recommend you uninstall Kies and then reinstall and reboot your computer. Also, go into control panel then hardware manager (It's under System in Win XP) and make sure the drivers are installed correctly. Reinstalling kies should do that, but it might not install them properly.

If that doesn't help, then there are alternatives to Kies to help you sync stuff. I like AirDroid, personally (but it requires wifi).
