Help Samsung Kies will not launch since last Windows 7 Update

I have been successfully running Kies on Win7 64 Bit. It looks like others have experienced problems with Kies and this platform in the past, but there were no problems until today when Windows ran an update and rebooted my machine.

Is anyone else having this issue? I just completed a the repair/fix process on the program by downloading the latest version from the samsung website without any success.

Yes, same problem. On 8-3-13 I updated the Kies program and it will not open in my W7 laptop. Also Kies-Air does not seem to want to operate on my Samsung android phone. Anybody got a fix? dcapn@hotmail.com
