I connected my Note to my PC with Samsung Kies.
Kies then suggested this firmware upgrade PDA:LB1/PHONE:LB1/CSC:LB1(XEO)
I did a Google search and I couldn't find anything in English but a lot of European language pages. I translated them and they seem to be posts to Samsung forums in Europe asking much the same question.
My Note was purchased from a supplier (unbeknown to me) in Hong Kong. It actually was for the Polish market. This has not been a problem but I want to know if this is a kosher upgrade or what.
My phone is not rooted.
