Help Samsung Knox

If you turned it off and want to find it to re enable it, you can find it under Settings, General, Application Management and then scroll all the way over to the right and everything you turned off is there.

If you are looking for it to turn it off, or check it out. it is in the app drawer, in the Samsung apps folder, I think. I am pretty sure it was in a folder, anyway. :)

And welcome to AF! :)

Thanks. I'm happy I joined. Been using a Motorola DROID since the D1> D2 > D3 > Droid Bionic > Droid Razr Maxx > Note 3. I'm really like the Note 3 so far.

I already checked the application manager. It's not turned off and it's not in the Samsung apps folder either. Which led me to believe I turned off another app that was essential for Knox to run?

If you are on Verizon like I am we don't have it. This was taken off a discussion page on the Verizon site:

Samsung announced that ALL new devices starting with Note 3 would be preloaded with KNOX. Called Samsung customer service because my phone did not have it. I was told that KNOX was preloaded on ALL new devices EXCEPT Verizon!!!

Verizon customer service doesn't have a clue, or at least the person I spoke with didn't. Anybody have any luck getting answers?

It was there, could've sworn. Anyway it shows up under application manager >all

When I hit the menu button while in the app drawer, it gives me a link to disabled apps, as well.

When I turned it on, it shows up big as life in the app drawer, not in any folder.

If you fire up S Finder and type in Knox, it will take you right to it in apps.

Exactly what is Knox? I thought it was the security stuff Samsung included for locking the phone down.

It's basically Android within Android. So I can setup my work email in a Knox container and not have any worries about it "leaking" into my personal stuff. Or the other way around on a corporate owned device.

I was looking forward to playing with this for my work email. Disappointed that it is not there. Samsung rep told me that it's not on VZW phones and they have no idea why or when it might show up.

*sigh*
