Samsung Mobile Hangs

Hi Friends i bought a samsung galaxy y duos mobile last week,All the things are working fine but when i connect the device with my pc through usb mobile is getting hanged and its not allowing me to do any process in mobile after disconnecting the device from usb its working fine.Please help me

Have you checked to see if you have installed the correct USB drivers? You can download Kies and check.

Thanks for the reply.
kies is working properly. USB tethering is on and local area connection is established in my network connection but the mobile is not working i cannot able to do any operation in mobile.
