Help Samsung Note 2 Error 495 when dl app from play store

got a new Samsung Note 2 LTE, manage to setup the system only with Wifi, able to surf net, download app from Samsung app and read email etc(show that my wifi setup is correct)

but i still cant update or dl app from Play store, error 495 code show after a long time download.

any 1 can help??
