samsung note 3 alarm clock

My phone deletes my alarms I have it set to repeat m-f and this morning it was m-w Thursday and Friday had been shut off this is the second time it has happened the last time it deleted Mon and Tuesday

I use an app called timely, never had a problem and the UI is beautiful.
 
I just received a replacement phone and I am having the same issue with the alarm clock. I had my other Note3 for a year without an issue.
 
Doesn't it anger any of you that you paid all of this money for this phone but because something on it doesn't work you have to download a FREE app? That angers me. If something is already included in the phone why do I have to download a substitute?

I don't think people use a substitute because they have to but because they want to. I mean they probably don't have the problem. Like myself.

I an using stock alarm no problem and always had it on repeat and it never is deleting it.

I use Timely because it looks nice, not because stock doesn't work.

I wonder if any of your carrier's bloatware is messing with it.
 
I use the stock one without any issue for getting up for work. I have it set for the same time Mon-Fri, my own alarm and set only to go off if I'm at home. It has been set like that for months with no problems what so ever. I occasionally set it for other things for a one time only use and I have to delete them myself.

I too wonder if it is the carrier version firmware that has borked the alarm part of the clock application.

As others have suggested most of the time people use a substitute because it is better looking, or perhaps has more features than the original.

This is the freedom of android, it is why we choose a device like this, because we can opt to do just about anything we want with our device. :)
