After so many frustrating hours today searching many sites and getting nowhere I thought I'd turn to posting a question to help.
- Have Sam S2 phone. Camera stopped working months ago (I'm traveling).
- Other camera apps downloaded don't work either
- Samsung tells me to uninstall/install everything fresh
- Today, I updated to Kies 2.1.0.13071_1 on my MacBook Air
- Contacts not showing and seems to be a different 'look' to before/online images
- Tried to uninstall, but haven't found a reliable way to do it
- Thought maybe I should install Kies for Mac but don't want more files on my computer than I need
I feel like I may go through all of this and then the camera on the phone still won't work. I'm not familiar with Kies but know I don't like it and am not particularly technical. But, seems like I need to try.
Really, I've wasted so many hours on this today and no further forward. I don't have the time.
Any help would be hugely appreciated.
