Help Samsung S4 Battery issue.

3 Days ago my Samsung s4 started restarting itself continuously, After the final reset, it wouldn't detect my SIM Card.
Suddenly all the issues stopped and my phone seemed fine.

However, since that point, my battery takes longer to charge than usual, and it isn't holding its charge like normal.

All software is up to date.

3rd Party App states good battery health and a temperature of 26.3oC

Charger is fine, that isn't the issue as I have tested on other devices.

Is there any way to fix these issues or do I require a new battery?

Model Number: GT-I9505
Android Version: 4.4.2

My battery has dropped from 22% to 13% in the time of me writing this. I have not been active on my phone in that time other than to check the Model and Version.

Thanks in advance.

Hello and welcome to Android Forums xAnnaleigh! :)

Before recommending either a new battery or taking it to a Samsung Service Point to get your battery checked can you try a couple of things to eliminate a software misreading of your battery chip. They are very straightforward and easy to do and will not affect your data.

Can you please wipe your cache partition and and re-calibrate your battery as per the detailed instructions and video in #1.3 and #1.6 of the S4 Lollipop Update Problems - Dummies Guide, (this applies not only to the Lollipop update but is rather a general thing to do).
