I am a new tablet user and have pretty basic computer skills. I love my Samsung tab2 10.1 but there are a couple of things I can't seem to sort out. When someone sends me a video attachment with an email I can open the video and play it, but I can't get sound on it. Also I am not able to print out emails even though I have downloaded Printershare and I have Cloud. There doesn't seem to be a problem printing web pages or anything from Polaris so can't figure it out. Please can someone help.
