Samsung updates S3 with Multi Window & Customizable Notification Panel

Received a new firmware notification earlier this evening, had no clue what new functionality it's bundled with this time, went ahead with the upgrade only to discover two significant features had been added: Multi Window capability that was first seen on the Galaxy Note II, and most surprisingly something I didn't think I would see implemented

I just got the 4.1.1 update on my AT&T phone, and the mobile data toggle has disappeared from the notification panel. I can't find the "quick setting buttons" screen shown in the OP. Has AT&T disabled this customization option? Or can someone tell me how to get to these settings?

AT&T also did this on my Galaxy S Captivate when I upgraded from Froyo to GB. Has AT&T again taken away the ability to easily turn mobile data on and off?I wound up using the Data Enabler Widget from FARPROC.
