samsung vibrant replacement for creaking bezel

I have a samsung vibrant with a extremely creaky bezel. Would this be a reason to get a replacement because everytime i touch the bezel it creaks and is really irritating me.

You might be able to have it replaced now while it's creaking.
If not, in a few weeks you will be able to utilize your insurance get a replacement due to your phone coming in contact with a wall at high velocity... after it gets on your nerves and you throw it.
