Root Samsung vitality root help

...... i am one of many users who need a flash recovery before i will root my samsung vitality because im not RICH person im not going to brick my phone and cant afford to will any one help me just in case i do or we do brick it we need a flash rec to fixx it i dont want a dead phone please help me thanks

It seems that the vitality forum is being ignored but you can go to the Samsung admire section Samsung Admire - Android Forums < there both the same phone and no for anyone going here there is no stock rom available at the moment it might be realesed in the upcoming weeks.
