SanDisk 32 GB Micro Works!

Very nice! this makes me question if I will pick up an iTouch if it comes out. Is there any way you can get a screen shot of this? Not that I don't believe you, I just like to see

I know it is not very good, but it is about the 12th try and this is the best one.
The brand is SanDisk it is a class 2.

21.73 Shipped! I figured it was probably a scam, but I guess not. A 8 GB would have cost me this much and I was scared a 32 GB might not work. It was stupid, but I got lucky. eBay has removed the listing.
 
Phone is not rooted yet. I was going to wait until the thirty days are up in case I needed to return the phone for some reason and get Froyo OTA. The picture was taken with my old Cingular 3125.
 
hey mate... i don't mean to be mean or anything

but i don't believe it because the price you got for your 32gb microsd surely means that you purchased a fake one... 32gb goes around $90 + currently... and gettings for $30 means it has to be a fake... try uploading more than 8gb of data onto it.... i bet the files will get corrupt...

sorry to say that... but you got duped... i never make purchases from ebay anymore...

however if im wrong good for you...
 
Maybe it is a fake, but it formatted out at 29.29 GB net space. I am just impressed that the phone addressed more than a 16 GB external micro SD that the owner's manual states. Nothing more, nothing less.
 
great! I was hoping someone would attempt this before I did. I couldnt understand why they would advertise 32GB of expandable memory, then write something else in the owners manual.

a lot of fake sd cards get pushed online from china.. with fake programmed capacities... like 1gb cards advertised as 16gb or so...

its happened to a ton of people... just advice to people... don't buy sd cards off ebay...
 
Yep probably a fake. Its probably a 2gb card but it could be a 4,8gb card? Sandisk is the only company right now that sells real 32gb cards. They retail for 200. Im selling two real 32gb cards in the classifieds right now for 75 and 85 if interested.
 
I read on the reviews and on the Samsung site that this phone supports 32gb of external memory. So why is this such a big surprise? Did something change?

Reason people doubt it is because right now the android os can not format a 32GB card. You must use your computer to format the card.

And to the OP I hope you did not get burned but my guess is you did.
 
it also says in the owners manual that it only supports 16GB, but I too questioned that since everything else out there on the phone says 32GB.

Item has been removed or no longer available......hmmmmm.
 
Test the card, and if it's fake try to get your money back from Paypal. I would hurry before seller removes all the money from their account and you are shit out of luck.
 
Not sure if the OP got duped or not, but i can confirm that it actually works. I bought the VZW branded one for 74.99 (99.99 plus 25 % corporate discount).
