Help Save Pictures to Cloud?

Is there a way to save pictures taken with the GN online vs. the phone's memory?

I believe I had to disable the picasweb sync, so yes.

If you have Google+ it will upload automatically. If you don't want everyone to see your pics, don't worry, you have to give permission (per person, per photo) in order to see them.

I checked to see if I could see my photos on my wife's G+ account and she could not see any other than my profile though I have 400+ photos on there.

Check your Google+ settings. It should automatically upload everything to take there (in a private container) and not store them on your phone at all.
