Help saving an image on facebook ?

Is there a way to save an image from facebook, using the Facebook app on skyrocket to My Gallery? ?

Was easy to do on iphone. Can't figure how to do it on my skyrocket??

Just touch and hold the pic until the message pops up to ask you what you want to do with the pic.

I think you need to save your Facebook profile or friends uploaded images to your Android SD. If so tap image few seconds then it save to the phone gallery. If you have Sony Ericsson phone, then enable sync Facebook photos, using "Account and Sync" setting.

Try it using the browser, I don't use the app it sucks and way to slow. Works on mine both ways.

yeah it worked......to me the browser version is slower than the facebook app.

Oh well (use Dolphin HD brower)

I find using the stock browser works the best for me, I've tried all of them but always go back to the stock.

True most of the time. There are some things I need Opera for.

That you have to edit photo in some way FIRST before you can save it.

I use Dolphin web browser, if you can use it or similar web browser, log-in to your FB account and tap few seconds on the image. Now context menu will be appear, scroll down that context menu and select "save image".

Wanted to do it just using the facebook app.

Buffaloparty got it right. His instructions worked just need to add that need to make some kind of edit to photo before saving it go Gallery

An alternative is to use an app like "Box" instead of "Photo editor" and then download it from box as it is
