Root Saving apps when flashing phone

I want to do a clean install on my phone, but I don't want to go through the trouble of downloading all my apps again. Currently, I have Darktremor A2SD installed, which completely places my apps on my SD card, without a "link" on the internal memory, if I'm correct. If I flash the CWM Hroark 1.2 E14 Odin on my phone, will that wipe out my SD card and my apps?
 
make a copy of your /data/apps folder and after flashing your phone, turn on Unknown Sources, and then run each of the apks in the directory you saved your apps to.

That pretty much covers all your downloaded apps
 
Yo blue I was running IQ 3.1 flashed to honeycomb and I still don't see my IQ running. Do that mean its still off?
