Help Saving Apps

i recently had to do a factory reset and i lost all of my apps...is there any way to backup the apps so u dont lose them?

i was under the impression this was stored on your gmail account...but i could not even recover my contacts from gmail...luckily cricket has my backup for the contacts...i just need something for my apps...especially since i have apps that i paid for right now....

Paid apps will always be available to redownload for free from the market, on your downloads page. (So long as you're using the same gmail account obviously).

Free apps won't be listed in the market after a reset, so you have to use backup apps such as Astro, MyBackup Pro or Titanium Backup to restore them after the reset.
