I loaded an FTP program called AndFTP, and when I download a picture file from my server straight to the SD card on the Incredible, it won't show up in Wallpapers. I can navigate to the folder I put it in using the change Wallpaper tab but the pic wont show up. If I use a file manager to navigate to it I can see it and save it as a wallpaper. If I reboot the phone then the pic will show up through the change Wallpaper tab. Anyone know of a way to refresh the photo file tree after saving a pic to the SD Card?
Edit: I found my answer. I downloaded SDMount Widget. It rescans your SD card and loads all of the files over picking up any additions. Pretty slick but still a pain that the OS can't actively keep the file structure up to date for the SD card.
