Help Saving, 'Folderizing' Emails

I still haven't figured out how to save certain emails I've received or sent on my Dinc, and I've been using it for about six months. I can't figure out how to do this with the HTC app for email or the GMAIL app.

I've looked into this and found no luck. I do not believe it can be done.
I recently switched to K9 Email and they also do not have that capability.

It's hard to believe this is not an issue that bothers many 'droid users.
