Help saving free apps to sd problem

i broke my droid x phone, i got a new one under warranty. i saved all my apps and games to the sd card. i put the sd card into the new phone but the apps dont come up, but the pictures did. i want those apps so i dont lose my levels on the games. thanks

If you backup them in to SD then you use them. According to my knowledge one phone installed app can't run in another phone.
