Help Saving photo's from a MMS

[carlosgreen2k]

Got this problem and I can not find a solution to it for love nor money!!!

How do you save a picture from a MMS on the Galaxy Nexux?

I have tried the long press on the play icon to start the slideshow with no success whatsoever.

Press and hold worked for me to download a pic from MMS.
I haven't received a slideshow yet, but on my previous Android phones, pressing the menu button gave download options for slideshows.
