Help Saving Received MMS Images

Hi all,
I'm new here and recently got the LG Optimus 2X- I've received some Pic Messages on my phone and I was wonderin'... How do I save them to the phone?
I've tried "long-pressing" on the image and that brings up a menu but no option to save, I've also tried opening the image and trying the menu "button" but no joy.... Any help is greatly appreciated.

Do a long hold on the thumbnail of the image in your message list.... Then scroll down to the bottom of the menu that appears, and there should be Copy attached to SD card and Copy to SD Card (External)

Ah, thanks muchly. Didn't realise there was more options- not used to this Android OS yet, first time and all that!
