Help saving speed dial numbers?

how do i save (backup) speed dial numbers?
new to this DHD so please forgive if is easy, (when you know how)

Goto "Phone", "menu" then "speed dial" then "add or +" should sort it

that side of it works ok
but cannot find out how to back them up should i make a misstake so i cam put them back to original setup

Hi, the only way I can think of backing them up is to create a group for them and then that would at least keep them in one place for you. Not sure you can actually back up the speed dial layout itself, I've only seen ways to back up contact lists.
