saving text meesages

im thinking of getting a droid.just want to know if you can save all of your texts from the droid to your computer.i get a lot of texts and i want to keep them.any help will be appreciated.thanks
 
An app called SMS Backup will do that. Syncs them to your gmail account anyway. May be others but that's the one I know of.
