Help Saving to Internal SD Card

My internal SD card (13 GB) is nearly empty. How do I move apps or files there? I cannot find any way to use all that internal memory!

When I connect my phone to my computer running Vista 32bit, both SD cards show up as different "Removable Disk" drives. You can drag and drop files between the two cards easily. Be sure and select "USB Mass Storage" on your phone when the connection window pops up.
